7-Day Commitment
The first 7 days are critical to the Factor4 Wellness Program. Here are the critical questions you would like to answer during this first week:

- Do you have a shaker cup or bottle blender that can make Factor4 power shakes in less than a minute?
30-Day Commitment
The first 30 days are critical for establishing a daily regimen which utilizes Factor4 Weight Control® for effective weight control or reduction.
- Have you worked out a convenient routine that allows you to take Factor4 shakes twice daily or more frequently if necessary?
- Have you experienced more pep, energy, activity, stamina and endurance?
- Have you experienced appetite suppression that can abolish food cravings, hunger attacks, famished states and eating binges. Appetite suppression may be recognized through feelings of comfort, satisfaction and well-being.
- Do Factor4 power shakes remove your “sweet tooth”?
